I just want to thank Ryan for all the work he did for me. What a great inspector spent a few hours at the house did all the testing and a few things I never thought about inspected the house as if the inspection was for him. Thanks again for everything.
Ammon was great! He was very thorough and upfront on what he was seeing. We had him do septic with hydraulic load, radon, mold and air, wood destroying insects, house inspection and it was worth every penny - we were trying to purchase an older home so knowing exactly what we were getting into was invaluable. He answered every question we had.
My inspector Ryan provided an excellent and thorough home inspection. In fact, he was able to save me thousands of dollars by alerting me to several underlying issues in a home I was about to purchase. Don't hesitate to use this company, as they can sniff out problems long before the average homebuyer would be aware that they exist.

We contacted A.D. Home Inspection for several types of inspections (water testing, air quality, mold and radon) for our cabin in the Poconos. Arranging for an appointment was very easy. Ammon was gracious listening to all of our requests and setting up an appointment that would work for us. Ryan came to our cabin to do the inspection. He was right on time, very friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The inspection was completed within the estimated time frame. We received the reports very quickly. They were exceptionally thorough with photos, arrows and circles to enhance explanations and graphs in addition to the narrative. Our family is very appreciative of the services A.D.
