Ammon was great! He was very thorough and upfront on what he was seeing. We contacted A.D. Home Inspection for several types of inspections (water testing, air quality, mold and radon) for our cabin in the Poconos. Arranging for an appointment was very easy. Ammon was gracious listening to all of our requests and setting up an appointment that would work for us. Ryan came to our cabin to do the inspection. He was right on time, very friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The inspection was completed within the estimated time frame. We received the reports very quickly. They were exceptionally thorough with photos, arrows and circles to enhance explanations and graphs in addition to the narrative. Our family is very appreciative of the services A.D. Home Inspections provide as well as Ammon’s and Ryan’ friendly, courteous and knowledgeable interaction with us. We definitely recommend A.D. Home Inspections.
